There’s something other-worldly about Joshua Tree in the Californian desert. The first time I went there was in 2016. It was our honeymoon (with partner, actor Aden Young). I had always wanted to go to the desert. After our first visit, we went back a couple of times every year until we left California in 2020. It’s so close to Los Angeles, you can do it in two hours. Often, we would decide the night before and hit the road.
